Sr. Litigation Paralegal
Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive mid-level paralegal to support our ADR Team at a leading plaintiffs' securities litigation firm. This role is ideal for a driven professional who can work collaboratively with attorneys and independently manage projects.

This firm is a prominent securities litigation and investor rights law practice that specializes in representing institutional investors in complex legal cases. Known for its expertise in class-action lawsuits and shareholder litigation, the firm has a reputation for advocating on behalf of clients impacted by corporate misconduct, securities fraud, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
Description
- Proofread, cite-check, and fact-check legal documents, including motions, mediation submissions, discovery requests/responses, and trial materials.
- Organize documents and coordinate production for litigation matters.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials by compiling and organizing exhibits.
- Index discovery documents for case tracking.
- Create tables of contents and tables of authorities for legal filings.
- Conduct research on litigation-related topics, utilizing PACER, Bloomberg, Westlaw, Lexis, and other research platforms.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies.
- File documents with arbitration institutions (e.g., AAA, JAMS, NAM, FINRA) and perform additional tasks based on case needs.
Profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Filesite.
- Experience managing document review and production in databases like Relativity and Concordance.
- Knowledge of electronic filing procedures with arbitration institutions and federal/state courts.
- Familiarity with the rules and processes for arbitration institutions (AAA, JAMS, NAM, FINRA).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of working independently while valuing teamwork.
- Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
