Lead Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a $40M healthcare facility in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Their portfolio includes hospitals, medical office buildings, and large healthcare campuses exceeding $20M-$50M in value.
Description
Lead all field operations for a $40M healthcare project from ground-up through closeout.
Coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality goals.
Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with healthcare construction standards.
Oversee daily site activities, conduct progress meetings, and manage project documentation.
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Owners, and Design Teams to resolve issues proactively.
Ensure all construction meets AHCA and healthcare-specific code requirements.
Profile
Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent capacity on large commercial or healthcare projects.
Proven success managing ground-up healthcare builds valued at $30M-$50M.
Deep understanding of hospital construction requirements, including infection control and AHCA compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate field teams.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools and reporting software.
Job Offer
