Estimator - Commercial Construction
We are partnering with a well‑established, growing general contractor to identify a senior‑level Estimator to join their Pre‑Construction team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to step into a lead position, influence project strategy, and contribute to business growth.

Description
As Estimator, you will play a key role in the full pre‑construction lifecycle, supporting projects ranging from $5M to $20M across commercial, mixed‑use, institutional, and select high‑end residential work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope
- Developing detailed quantity take‑offs, labor calculations, and full project budgets
- Preparing accurate, competitive estimates aligned with schedule and client expectations
- Soliciting, leveling, and de‑scoping subcontractor and vendor bids
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and trade partners
- Participating in site visits and walkthroughs as required
- Ensuring bid packages are complete and ready for submission
- Tracking and clearly communicating scope and budget variances

A successful Estimator - Commercial Construction should have:
