Network Support Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

The Network Support Consultant will provide comprehensive technical support within the financial services sector, focusing on maintaining and improving network infrastructure for optimal performance. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of network protocols, security, troubleshooting, and system configuration.

This role is onsite 5x a week, this role is a contract role to start, W2 ONLY, and NO visa sponsorship available!

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive data
• Perform system configurations and updates to ensure optimal network performance
• Collaborate with team members on network project planning and execution
• Document all network operations and updates for reference and auditing purposes
• Develop and implement strategies for network optimization
• Conduct regular system checks to prevent potential issues
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Profile

* Extensive experience in a Cisco environment, particularly with switches and routers

* Strong background in migration and upgrade projects

* Familiarity with change management processes is highly desirable

* Ability to handle heavy workloads in high-demand network environments

* Mandarin proficiency is preferred
