Project Manager - Multi-Family Projects

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2-6 years of experience to support and lead development projects through various phases of construction. This role is ideal for a rising professional who has successfully managed multi-family projects and is ready to take on more responsibility in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Description

• Assist in managing all phases of development and construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Support budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting
• Maintain project schedules and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permitting
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and help mitigate project risks
• Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 2-6 years of experience in project management within real estate development or construction
• Must have direct experience managing Multi-Family residential projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
