Project Manager - Multi-Family Projects
We are seeking a Project Manager with 2-6 years of experience to support and lead development projects through various phases of construction. This role is ideal for a rising professional who has successfully managed multi-family projects and is ready to take on more responsibility in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Description
- Assist in managing all phases of development and construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Support budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permitting
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and help mitigate project risks
- Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in project management within real estate development or construction
- Must have direct experience managing Multi-Family residential projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
