Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY will be responsible for the oversight and completion of Public Construction projects throughout New York, New York. Project will be for the SCA, DDC, OGS, MTA and others

Our client is currently a leading General Contractor in the New York City Building and Construction industry. They have been an established for for 30+ years focusing on Public, MTA, NYCTA, DDC, Civil/utilities projects throughout New York City. The client has a fast paced work environment with a very strong work cultural allowing for flexibility and competitive pay.
Description
Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY
- Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
- Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
- Maintain and manage all job site activities
- Lead Senior Project Manager on NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more
Profile
- Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY
- 10+ years of Experience
- Experience working on Ground Up Public projects for the following agencies:
New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority.
- Experience handling 100% of projects
- Local to New York, NY
- Must have experience building in New York City
- Construction Management or equivalent degree
- DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA
Job Offer
