Interior Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential interior projects in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury residential renovations, with an ability to coordinate multiple projects, deliver on tight deadlines, and ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards.

Description

  • Oversee and manage luxury residential interior renovation projects from inception to completion
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and designers to ensure all project requirements are met
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations
  • Provide leadership in problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize project logistics

Profile

  • Minimum 4-10 years of experience in project management within the luxury residential interior space
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential renovation projects in NYC
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods specific to luxury interiors
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools
  • Experience managing project budgets and timelines
