A well-established general contractor with over 35 years in commercial construction. Projects include interior fit-outs, ground-up buildings, and large-scale developments across academic, medical, and corporate sectors.
Description
- Lead construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
