Description

The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Leading all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project close-out
• Overseeing safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinating closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners
• Driving project schedules and logistics on large-scale new construction and interior fit-outs
• Mentoring and developing Superintendents and field staff
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Proactively identifying and resolving site challenges to keep projects on track

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong background delivering large-scale new construction projects (interiors experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on projects ranging from $20M+ in the value preferred
• Willingness to work on projects across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and the surrounding metro area
