Description

• The Auditor plays a key role in supporting the Internal Audit department by assisting with risk assessments, audit planning, and the development of audit programs to perform domestic operational audits throughout the year.
• They conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits, which involve creating audit plans and interviewing relevant stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include mapping business processes through narratives or flowcharts and identifying internal control weaknesses through control design analysis.
• The Auditor prepares detailed reports highlighting process and control issues, outlining related business risks, and proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• They collaborate with stakeholders to validate audit results and develop remediation plans to address identified risks.
• Ongoing responsibilities include tracking the progress of corrective actions from previous audits to ensure risks are properly managed.
• The role also supports the external audit process by performing required procedures during the annual financial audit while handling multiple high-risk assignments.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-1+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, public accounting, or consulting
