Team Lead, Business Operations & Client Strategy
The Team Lead of Business Operations and Client Strategy plays a critical part in driving marketing initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, managing post-loan oversight, and coordinating internal training and development. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing cross-functional collaboration across business lines.

A leading global financial institution is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee business operations, client development, and administrative coordination for its Corporate Banking Division.
Description
Client Strategy & Marketing Support
- Plan and execute client engagement initiatives, including partnership and networking events.
- Conduct outreach to public institutions and corporate partners to develop and strengthen business relationships.
- Support the creation and execution of business development strategies to grow the client base.
Business Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and consolidation of key performance metrics across the division.
- Compile reports and business data from various teams for executive review and submission to internal stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of business plans, budgeting, and forecasting for the division.
- Coordinate reporting deliverables required by internal headquarters and other departments.
Administrative Coordination
- Supervise a team supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance efforts, ensuring accurate and timely execution of due diligence tasks.
- Facilitate communication and process alignment across internal teams to support consistent execution of administrative functions.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to support professional growth within the Corporate Banking Division.
- Manage external and internal training resources and oversee logistics for workshops and seminars.
Post-Loan Oversight
- Monitor and ensure the effective management of post-loan processes, including compliance and risk assessments.
Special Projects
- Lead and support ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned by department leadership.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in corporate banking, business operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with KYC procedures and financial compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools
