Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers to optimize production processes. Oversee and continuously improve CNC milling and turning operations.

Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers to optimize production processes.
  • Oversee and continuously improve CNC milling and turning operations.
  • Develop and implement CNC programs for complex components and critical applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and design teams to meet stringent industry standards and delivery schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality systems.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) efforts with robust engineering solutions.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams in a production setting.
  • Strong background in CNC milling and turning, including hands-on programming experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an ISO 9001-certified environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
