Description

• Manage daily on-site construction operations for luxury retail projects.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain project schedules and high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure the finished product meets client expectations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Manage client relationships on-site, ensuring their vision is achieved to the highest standard.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on retail or luxury projects.
• Proven track record of managing high-end, detail-driven retail projects in New York or similar markets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishes specific to luxury retail.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Local NYC experience preferred.
