Project Manager - Leading Design-Build GC - Columbia SC

Description

Profile
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects (manufacturing/industrial, education, healthcare, or public sector)
Proficiency in construction scheduling and planning
Solid track record in subcontractor and vendor management
Experience leading project teams, including mentoring and developing junior staff.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to serve as the primary contact for owners and stakeholders.
Commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery standards.
