Litigation Associate
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high‑stakes litigation matters across multiple industries. You will work closely with a seasoned team on research, briefing, discovery, and client development initiatives.

Description
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and manage case progression.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on litigation matters.
- Review and analyze case files, evidence, and legal documents to prepare for trial.
- Work closely with support staff to manage discovery processes and document reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional matters.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the state of California.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- The ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Job Offer
