Facilities and Office Manager
This role oversees all facilities and office operations within a corporate building, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance, and employee support. It involves vendor coordination, building maintenance, supply management, and administrative oversight, requiring a proactive and organized individual.

Description
- Manage maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including for off-hours work and emergency issues
- Oversee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Track facility budgets, reconcile invoices, and negotiate service contracts
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and oversee building access/security
- Maintain office supplies, lunch coordination, seating arrangements, and cleanliness
- Liaise with IT and AV teams to support equipment and meeting room functionality
Profile
- Proven background in facilities and office management
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with Palm Beach-specific climate needs preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable overseeing external vendors and ensuring compliance
