Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.
- Review and interpret construction documents to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate inspections and address any issues to meet quality standards.
- Maintain detailed project logs, reports, and documentation.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and provide guidance to construction teams as needed.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.

Profile
- 7+ years of Commercial Construction experience
- Class A Office Experience
- OSHA 30 training
- CPR and First Aid training certificate
- Certified training in safety related topics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
