Director, Talent Acquisition - Manu/Tech - Dallas, $200k-$230k
This role will serve as a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class global Talent Acquisition strategy.

We're partnering with an innovative, high-growth company at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and next-generation technology. This is a newly created, high-impact role that will build and scale a Talent Acquisition function capable of supporting both high-volume hiring and specialized technical recruitment across global locations.

Description
Develop and execute a scalable, global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with company growth goals
Lead and expand a team of internal recruiters and RPO partners across hourly, technical, and corporate hiring
Own the TA component of a major facility ramp-up, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding strategies
Establish differentiated recruiting processes for high-volume and niche technical roles
Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to forecast workforce needs
Implement and optimize ATS systems (Workday Recruiting launching later this year)
Oversee recruitment marketing and employer brand development
Drive process improvements, metrics, and reporting to ensure recruiting excellence
Profile
10+ years of progressive TA leadership, ideally within advanced manufacturing, hardware, or tech environment
Proven experience in both high-volume recruiting (hourly or manufacturing) and technical/hard-to-fill roles
Track record of building or transforming TA functions during times of growth or change
Strong background in partnering with business leaders and navigating matrixed environments
ATS expertise (Workday highly preferred)
Experience managing RPOs or blended delivery models
Excellent communication, change management, and project leadership skills
Strategic thinker with willingness to roll up sleeves in a hands-on environment
