CFO Cryptocurrency start up
The CFO will oversee the financial operations, strategy, and planning of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and optimize accounting and finance functions within the business services industry.
Client Details
The company is a newly formed digital asset treasury and investment platform being established through a strategic partnership between a global bank and tech firm, with plans to raise up to USD 600 million to create a regulated institutional vehicle within the BNB ecosystem.
The venture will bridge traditional capital markets and the digital asset economy, offering institutional-grade exposure, governance, and innovation.
Description
As the founding Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building the financial and operational backbone of a high-growth digital-asset start-up.

The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, combine institutional financial-controls discipline with start-up execution speed, and have strong experience in treasury, fundraising, or asset-management environments.

- Design and oversee external audit, tax, and compliance relationships.
- Build the operating infrastructure required for future scalability and regulatory readiness.

- Ensure robust liquidity management and on/off-chain treasury oversight.
- Develop regular reporting and performance dashboards for the Board and investors.
Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on financial strategy, risk, and operational decision-making.
- Recruit and mentor a lean finance and operations team as the business scales.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and integrity.
