Executive Director - Traded Credit / Counterparty Credit Risk
The Head of Traded Credit Risk / Counterparty Credit Risk is responsible for overseeing and managing the credit risk associated with traded products, including derivatives, repos, swaps, and total return swaps. This role ensures that the firm maintains a robust risk framework while optimizing risk-adjusted returns.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, monitoring, and management of counterparty credit risk across traded products.
- Develop and implement risk policies, frameworks, and strategies to mitigate exposure.
- Oversee credit risk analysis for derivatives, repos, swaps, total return swaps, and other structured products.
- Collaborate with trading, risk management, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and portfolio risk assessments.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on risk exposure.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk governance frameworks.
- Lead a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in traded credit risk and counterparty risk management.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives, repos, swaps, total return swaps, and structured finance products.
- Proven leadership experience at an Executive Director level or equivalent.
- Expertise in risk modeling, stress testing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Offer
$225,000 - $350,000 base salary.
