Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial interior projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure cost estimates align with the project goals and timeline.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to assess project requirements and cost implications.
• Track and manage bid proposals, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed to reflect changing circumstances.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience as an estimator, ideally within the commercial interiors or high-end retail sector.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
