Description
Oversee daily operations on commercial construction sites.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality control.
Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and inspectors
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Commitment to team success and client satisfaction.
Job Offer
Typically $100,000 - $145,000+, depending on experience, plus vehicle allowance, performance bonuses, and strong benefits.
