Senior Estimator - North New Jersey
We're seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Secaucus, NJ office, reporting directly to the Chief Estimator. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of estimating across multiple high-profile commercial and residential projects while working closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

Description
- Lead the preparation of estimates for office, hospitality, and multifamily residential projects-both ground-up and major renovations.
- Perform conceptual estimating, GMP development, and value engineering across all 16 divisions, including MEP.
- Collaborate with project teams to evaluate scope, schedule, and cost strategies.
- Prepare and present budgets that demonstrate both technical accuracy and practical construction insight.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture that emphasizes precision, accountability, and client-focused results.
Profile
- 10+ years of estimating experience across multiple sectors, with strong exposure to office, hotel, and residential multifamily projects.
- Technical degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in GMP, conceptual estimating, and value engineering.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to estimate across all trades, including MEP.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a track record of career stability.
