Superintendent - Industrial & Civil (Nationwide Travel)
TOP GC based in Louisville is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to support continued growth within its Industrial division. This is a 100% travel role ideal for a strong field leader with heavy industrial and civil experience who is comfortable running projects independently and executing complex work nationwide.

Description
- Targeting 10+ years of construction experience (5+ years considered with relevant background)
- Experience leading projects as a Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Foreman
- Strong background in heavy industrial construction (manufacturing plants, power plants, refineries, chemical facilities, energy infrastructure, dams, etc.)
- Civil experience including sitework and foundations
- Well‑versed in safety protocols; OSHA required, HAZWOPER strongly preferred
- Confident leading large crews and managing complex jobsite operations
- Willing and able to travel nationwide 100% of the time
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Heavy Industrial & Civil should have:
- Proven experience in heavy industrial and civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A background in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required by the role.
Job Offer
Base salary: $110,000-$140,000
- $140,000 base targeted for candidates with 10+ years of experience
- 401(k) with company match

- All travel accommodations covered (flights + hotel)
- Per diem ~ $60/day (negotiable)

- Reports directly to the Director of Field Operations
