Sr Project Manager - Custom Homes - Cape Cod - Responsibilities:

• Developing a comprehensive project plan that includes time-lines, budgets, and resources required.
• Monitoring and managing the project budget to ensure it stays within the allocated financial resources.
• Allocating labor, equipment, and materials as needed to ensure smooth project progression
• Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status and address their concerns.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction experience
• experience running high-end, complex single-family, multifamily or commercial projects
• Obtains a proactive approach to difficult situations
• Excellent communication skills
