As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across various platforms, focusing on driving customer acquisition and enhancing online presence. This role involves managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative and analytics teams to achieve key business objectives.

- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Video, and Display networks.
- Ad Management: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to align with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Budget Management: Manage budgets across campaigns and channels, ensuring efficient spending to achieve desired CAC.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging for target audiences.
- Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continually improve ad performance and effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain competitiveness in the digital landscape.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights for future campaigns.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in paid media management, with proven success in either Affiliates & Paid Search or Paid Social & Video advertising.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative Collaboration: A creative mindset that fosters effective collaboration with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and messaging.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, capable of planning, executing, and monitoring multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changing circumstances and project requirements.
- Location Flexibility: Open to working fully remote or in a hybrid model based in Los Angeles, with the ability to participate in occasional Pacific Time meetings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present performance metrics and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
