Job Overview: The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team in driving growth and achieving sales targets. This role involves working closely with senior management to implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day sales operations.

Description

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand business with new prospects.

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Support lead generation efforts through market research, outreach, and qualification of leads.

  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.

  • Order and Inventory Management: Coordinate with operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, and maintain inventory oversight to meet demand.

  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Help identify areas for improvement.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure a seamless experience for customers and contribute to the company's overall goals.

Profile

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, with exposure to sales strategy, customer management, or a related field.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic sales software/tools.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions to clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, address challenges, and propose solutions in a timely manner.

  • Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
