Local Project Engineer with a growing General Contractor. This company is looking to add a talented individual that they can train and develop on their processes & procedures to quickly promote them to a PM position.

My client is a family-oriented general contractor based out of the Greater St. Louis area that focuses on Parks & Rec, residential, commercial, and retail projects. They take a unique approach with each project to turn visions into reality. They constantly deliver timely and quality work with every client. They are looking to add talent to their project management team.

Description

• Meet with clients regularly from initial bid stage all the way through completion
• Join meetings and provide project updates based on the scopes you're overseeing
• Work with the field crew to assess necessary scheduling, material, and budgetary updates
• Collect and assist with reviewing change orders
• Keep organized and up to date on the project
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site

Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Experience in commercial construction
• Organized
• Strong technical and computer skills in industry-related programs preferred
• Must have a willingness to learn
• Down to earth individual
• Versatile; can adapt to changes quickly

Job Offer

• Base salary $65K - $80K
