Description
The Construction Scheduler - Top ENR Firm's key responsibilities include:
- Work with project teams to ensure every project is set up with a viable schedule, including procurement and required submittals
- Clearly communicate schedule information to project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on schedule status, highlighting any deviations from the original plan
- Develop recovery plans, as required by contract terms and conditions
- Utilize project management software and tools to input and manage schedule data
- Coach construction operations' staff and bring added value in support of their operations.
- Develop and maintain Regional Reporting on Project Performance, SOP's and Risk
Profile
The Construction Scheduler - Top ENR Firm should have:
- 4+ years of vertical construction scheduling experience (required)
- Proficient in Primavera6 (required)
- Experience tracking RFIs, and Change Order Requests in the monthly progress updates
- Experience developing Time Impact Analysis (TIA) in support of entitlement for Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs)
- Experience analyzing impacts due to changes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
