Interior Superintendent Commercial Construction

• Interior Superintendent on Commercial Construction Projects including storage/ warehouse projects.
• $90-115K Base salary.

Client Details

This reputable GC is throughout the country and has a strong presence in the South Florida marekt for commercial construction. They are well known for working on commercial projects up to roughly $10M and projects include self storage, industrial, municipal, etc. construction work. They are looking for someone on site with strong experience in interiors.

Description

The Interior Superintendent will:

• Manage the job site through interior renovations and completions.
• Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries.
• Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
• Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate progress

Profile

The Interior Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Strong background in interior finishes
• Experience with MEPs/ HVAC.
• Experience building commercial projects
• OSHA certification preferred
• Demonstrated success leading projects and managing a large team
