Our Client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple high-value projects, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong mechanical expertise who can drive projects from inception to completion while ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.

Description

• Oversee and manage 4-5 mechanical projects with a total value of $20M+
• Lead project teams, ensuring timely execution and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor financials, track progress, and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

Profile

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage tenant fit-outs, retrofits, and ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and controls (Controls experience is a plus!).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaboration.
