Description
The Process Engineer will lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency. This role involves developing process documentation, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across production.
- Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and control plans.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues related to materials, equipment, and processes.
Profile
The ideal Process Engineer is a hands-on with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization. They should have experience in precision manufacturing and a proven track record in Lean methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
- Expertise in Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
