- Assistant project manager with 3+ years of experience with reputable, local GC.
- Healthcare, Education, Industrial, or Data Center backgorund.
Client Details
This reputable general contractor is local to Fort Lauderdale, FL and works between Dade & Broward county. They are focused in healthcare construction, working on new construction & build outs of occupied spaces in medical offices, hospitals, small clinics, etc. Highly technical work for the interior projects they have. Seeking an APM to join their team after one was just recently promoted to Project Manager. They value promoting from withing & work life balance for their employees.
Description
- Support Project Manager with day‑to‑day execution of commercial and healthcare projects
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and change management
- Support subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration
- Help ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Maintain project records in Procore or similar construction management software
- Assist with inspections, closeout documentation, and project turnover
Profile
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in healthcare, education, data centers, or industrial construction.
- Degree required - Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management (related fields).
- Occupied space experience ideal.
- Local experience, lives local to Broward County - in office position 5 days a week.
