Project Manager - Commercial Construction
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong knowledge of the property and construction industry to ensure project success.

Description
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
