Construction Project Manager - Oconomowoc, WI
Fully integrated design/build general contractor out of Oconomowoc, WI is actively seeking a project manager to join their team. This firm specializes in mainly industrial work, with some diverse commercial projects as well. The client is a highly respected mid-sized general contractor based out of Oconomowoc, WI. They operate as a fully-integrated design/build firm leading to increased efficiency when it comes to project plans and the entirety of the project lifecycle.

Description
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for each project.
Profile
- 2+ years experience as a lead project manager
- Track record of successfully running commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with preconstruction concepts in order to collaborate with precon team
- Passion for high-quality construction
