Description

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for each project.

Profile

• 2+ years experience as a lead project manager
• Track record of successfully running commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with preconstruction concepts in order to collaborate with precon team
• Passion for high-quality construction
