Accounts Payable Consultant

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Consultant to join our team in the financial services industry. This temporary role involves managing accounts payable tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial processes.

Description

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Review and verify invoices and payment requests for proper documentation and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments as needed.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Consultant should have:

• Bilingual in Mandarin REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
