Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on US Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in the region. You'll own the US marketing strategy and execution - from building brand awareness to supporting account growth - working closely with teams across the US and marketing colleagues in London.

Description
Lead US marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and align it with global priorities.

Develop and execute a comprehensive US marketing plan, including:
Integrated campaigns tailored for US audiences.
Local amplification of global marketing initiatives, including content adaptation and creation.
Digital advertising, sponsorships, and industry partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Media relations in partnership with our US-based PR agency.
Account-based marketing support in collaboration with our Client Experience team, including corporate events and client insights.
Ensure the US voice is well-represented across brand messaging and communications.
Track performance and impact of marketing activities and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the growth of the marketing function, demonstrating value and helping embed a strong marketing culture across the business.
Profile
Education & Background
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years in B2B strategic marketing, with at least 5 years in a US-based professional services environment.
Experience building a marketing function from the ground up - from strategy to hands-on delivery.
Proven campaign development and execution with measurable results.
Ability to operate within a global organization, collaborating across regions and cultures.
Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to influence senior stakeholders, build strong internal and external relationships, and unify teams.
Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and project management skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and aligned with a people-first culture.
