Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on US Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in the region. You'll own the US marketing strategy and execution - from building brand awareness to supporting account growth - working closely with teams across the US and marketing colleagues in London.

Description

  • Lead US marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and align it with global priorities.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive US marketing plan, including:

    • Integrated campaigns tailored for US audiences.

    • Local amplification of global marketing initiatives, including content adaptation and creation.

    • Digital advertising, sponsorships, and industry partnerships to boost brand visibility.

    • Media relations in partnership with our US-based PR agency.

    • Account-based marketing support in collaboration with our Client Experience team, including corporate events and client insights.

  • Ensure the US voice is well-represented across brand messaging and communications.

  • Track performance and impact of marketing activities and recommend improvements.

  • Contribute to the growth of the marketing function, demonstrating value and helping embed a strong marketing culture across the business.

Profile

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years in B2B strategic marketing, with at least 5 years in a US-based professional services environment.

  • Experience building a marketing function from the ground up - from strategy to hands-on delivery.

  • Proven campaign development and execution with measurable results.

  • Ability to operate within a global organization, collaborating across regions and cultures.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to influence senior stakeholders, build strong internal and external relationships, and unify teams.

  • Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and project management skills.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and aligned with a people-first culture.
