Description

This CNC Manufacturing Engineer will:

• Program CNC machines using MasterCAM, CAMWorks, or similar software.
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve workflows.
• Support automation and controls integration where applicable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• 5+ years CNC programming and manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM, CAMWorks).
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Automation and controls experience is a plus.
• Background in contract manufacturing preferred.
• Degree not required; hands-on expertise highly valued.
