CNC Manufacturing Engineer - Manufacturing - Franklin, MA
This CNC Manufacturing Engineer will lead programming and process optimization for CNC machining in a dynamic contract manufacturing setting. You'll work on diverse projects, from aerospace components to unique consumer products.

Description
This CNC Manufacturing Engineer will:
- Program CNC machines using MasterCAM, CAMWorks, or similar software.
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve workflows.
- Support automation and controls integration where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile
A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- 5+ years CNC programming and manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM, CAMWorks).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Automation and controls experience is a plus.
- Background in contract manufacturing preferred.
- Degree not required; hands-on expertise highly valued.
