Description
- Overseeing daily on-site operations for Class A office and bank tenant improvement (TI) projects to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades, and site activities to maintain workflow and quality standards.
- Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized job site in compliance with all applicable codes and company policies.
- Monitoring project progress, resolving field issues, and communicating updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Conducting site inspections, managing punch lists, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-end, client-ready spaces.
Profile
