I'm working with a respected general contractor headquartered in Los Angeles that's looking for a Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up/Industrial Construction to lead industrial and tilt-up construction projects across the Los Angeles Metro Area including LA, OC, and the Inland Empire. Experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction is a strong bonus.

Description

• Leading field operations on large-scale industrial and tilt-up projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance
• Ensuring quality control and timely delivery across multiple job sites
• Collaborating with project managers and clients to maintain project goals

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up/Industrial Construction in industrial or tilt-up building and construction
• Deep knowledge of field operations, safety protocols, and construction sequencing
• Bonus: Experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with the Southern California construction market

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 DOE
