Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Device - Hampton, NH
I am seeking a highly capable Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of my client's manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying operational inefficiencies and a knack for designing and implementing solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes
- Analyzing current operations and proposing cost-efficient and effective improvements
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and delivery
- Designing and executing equipment maintenance procedures
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety and design standards
- Managing project timelines and deliverables
- Providing technical support and training to the manufacturing team
- Contributing to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage projects and work well in a team environment
Job Offer
