Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager will supervise all aspects of payroll processing (salary changes, bonuses, taxes, LOA's, disability, etc)

Description
- Review and approve work performed by the Payroll Managers and Supervisors
- Develop, implement, and monitor processes to ensure consistent high quality and efficiency of the payroll processes
- Handle payroll related queries and issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy
- Provide training and support to payroll staff
- Collaborate closely with different offices and teams
- Manage a high degree of change in a fast paced, complex, and demanding environment
- Manage a team
- Develop a close working partnership with Labor Relations and Business units on all union payroll matters
- Keep abreast of legislative updates that affect payroll/tax regulatory compliance and provides training to staff
- Perform other duties, as needed
Profile
- 6+ years of payroll experience
- Experience processing payroll for 1500+ employees
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role
- ADP and Workday experience
- Must have accounting experience
- People management experience
