Description
The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily/Mixed-Use GC - Charlotte will be responsible for:
Leading all on-site construction activities and managing day-to-day field operations
Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to ensure adherence to schedule and quality
Enforcing safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness in line with company and OSHA standards
Managing project timelines, site logistics, and workforce planning
Working closely with the project management team to address delays, RFIs, and change orders
Conducting regular site meetings and maintaining clear documentation and reporting
Profile
The successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily/Mixed-Use GC - Charlotte will have:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use projects
Proven ability to manage full ground-up construction from start to finish
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
Deep understanding of jobsite safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
Proficiency in ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced construction environments
Job Offer
The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily/Mixed-Use GC - Charlotte can expect:
Base salary of $100,000-$130,000, with slight flexibility based on experience
Performance-based bonus
$500/month vehicle allowance
$100/month phone allowance
401(k) with company match
