Description

• Coordinate and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.

A successful Project Engineer should have
