Project Engineer - Commercial TI - San Francisco
The Project Engineer will oversee the planning and execution of tenant improvement projects within the construction industry in San Francisco. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Description
- Coordinate and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.

Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with tenant improvement projects in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
