Superintendent - Portsmouth, NH - $130k - Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day field operations of construction projects.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to.
• Provide leadership and maintain open communication with project stakeholders.
• Oversee project milestones and maintain detailed documentation.

• Previous experience as a Superintendent, especially with multifamily or affordable housing projects.

Job Offer

• $110,000 - $140,000 + Company Truck (if needed)
