We are seeking a Senior Estimator to manage estimating and budgeting for mid to high-rise residential and commercial office projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, fostering relationships with subcontractors, and ensuring project compliance.

Description

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid conferences, site visits, and provide value engineering calculations.
• Prepare project bid status reports, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
• Input quantities and costs into estimating software, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and subcontractor quotes, ensuring the best value.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of estimating experience, preferably in ground-up construction projects. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while handling multiple priorities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.
