Office Services Coordinator & Receptionist
The Office Services Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions within the financial services industry. This role is an on-going contractual position with no end date. It will be based on-site in Manhattan. This role is 12 weeks.

- Coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling and managing office supplies.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings and maintaining office documentation.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Support the team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all office operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to address office-related needs and concerns.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure a productive work environment.

Profile
- Must have a completed Bachelors Degree.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm (1-hour lunch), plus OT.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work, stand, carry items as needed.
- Contract role for 12 weeks.
