Geneva Business Systems Manager - Boston - $180k

The Geneva Business Systems Manager / Business Systems Manager of Capital Markets, will work with the organizations Capital Markets Technology team and will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, application developers and a small Geneva team. This will include driving fund accounting and finance related projects as well as being involved in strategy, system development/integration and post implementation projects.

The Geneva Business Systems Manager / Business Systems Manager of Capital Markets, will work with the organizations Capital Markets Technology team and will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, application developers and a small Geneva team. This will include driving fund accounting and finance related projects as well as being involved in strategy, system development/integration and post implementation projects.

Profile

The successful Geneva Business Systems Manager / Business Systems Manager of Capital Markets will have:

• Extensive Geneva systems experience
• Prior experience with deploying and supporting Geneva platform a major plus
• A strong understanding of the Geneva accounting platform operations to include, journal entry results, report run analysis to assist business, as well as suggested workflows to change/improve processes.
• 7+ years business systems experience
• Preferably extensive experience in an asset management firm
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Python and Power BI is a huge plus
• Excellent communication skills
