Superintendent - Hospitality
- Oversee daily operations on hotel construction sites, from foundation to finishing touches.
- Ensure hotel projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet brand quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate various trade teams, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.

Description
- Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on the hotel construction site, ensuring projects are executed according to architectural plans, hospitality standards, and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment to meet hotel-specific requirements.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each construction phase to keep the hotel opening on track.
- Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and the high specifications required for hotel construction.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, holding regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe worksite for all personnel throughout the hotel build.

Strong Leadership Skills
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams on ground-up hotel construction projects with 4+ years of experience.
- Effective conflict resolution and decision-making to keep projects on track and aligned with hospitality standards.

Excellent Communication
- Clear, concise communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors specific to hotel construction needs.
- Active listening skills to understand concerns and feedback related to hotel construction details and requirements.

Technical Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations required for building hotels from the ground up.
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering plans specific to the hospitality sector.

Organizational Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hotel construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning and scheduling capabilities, with experience in meeting critical deadlines for hotel openings.
