Description

• Project Oversight: Manage daily operations on the hotel construction site, ensuring projects are executed according to architectural plans, hospitality standards, and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment to meet hotel-specific requirements.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each construction phase to keep the hotel opening on track.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and the high specifications required for hotel construction.

1. Strong Leadership Skills

2. Excellent Communication

   • Clear, concise communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors specific to hotel construction needs.
   • Active listening skills to understand concerns and feedback related to hotel construction details and requirements.

3. Technical Knowledge

   • In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations required for building hotels from the ground up.
   • Familiarity with architectural and engineering plans specific to the hospitality sector.
