Description

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Will be placed on predominantly industrial projects throughout your career.
• All local projects.
• Expectation to be in office 5 days per week.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project execution phase.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in business services or construction project management.
• 5-10 years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Must have previous self preform experience.
• Degree is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in construction.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
